FOR SALE
A FANTASTIC TOTALLY SET UP 2013 FENDER SQUIER RED MINI STRAT WITH GIG BAG FOR ONLY $200!
Up for sale I have an amazing sounding 2013 Fender Squier Mini Stratocaster! Its 3/4 size version of the Bullet is great for players of all ages and those with smaller hands, its also an ideal travel guitar. It features 3 amazing Fender voiced single coil pickups that have that true Stratocaster quack sound you know and love, a 5 way selector switch with a master volume and a master tone! This featured Minis body is finished in a nice vibrant Torino Red and has a beautiful Rosewood finger board!
I have completely disassembled this guitar and have inspected, repaired, and cleaned every piece, so when you play this guitar, you will know its playing its best ever!
Here is what I did for you:
NECK
- Removed the old strings, tuners, and string trees
- Removed the neck from the guitars body
- Tested the truss rod and adjusted the neck straight
- Inspected, leveled, crowned, and polished frets
- Chamfered the 4 neck mounting screw holes for a perfect fit between the neck and body
- Scrubbed, cleaned, and oiled finger board
- Inspected, cleaned, lubricated, and polished tuners
- Cleaned and polished string trees
- Cleaned and polished neck
- Sanded back of neck
- Reinstalled all the fresh hardware onto the headstock
ELECTRONICS
- Tested operation of the individual pickups by plugging them into an amplifier using the blade swtich and volume and tone controls. All electronics work well.
BODY
- Remove and inspect pick guard assembly, bridge assembly and strap buttons from the guitars body
- Clean and polish the body to a mirror shine
- Clean and install the pick guard assembly
- Clean and polish jack plate and install jack with a replacement nut using a drop of blue coloured lock tight to stop it from coming loose.
- Solder wire connections to jack plug and install completed jack plug assembly to body
- Test all electronics using jack plug connected to amplifier
- Clean, polish, and install strap buttons
- Remove the 6 saddles, screws and springs from the bridge plate and clean and polish all components and install the saddles using the springs and screws
- Install the bridge assembly on the body, making sure the ground wire is contacting the bridge plate and test with a meter.
Now at this point I connect the neck and body together and:
- Install a set of strings and tune
- Check and set neck relief
- Check and file string heights at the nut
- Check and set string action using the saddles height adjustment screws
- Check and set intonation using the rear saddle screws
- Set the pickup heights
And then..... play it and enjot it and love it!!!
