Beginner Players

Congratulations and welcome to your new journey! Right off the bat I’d like to say that I’m here for you if you have any questions or need advice. I want you to be as comfortable as possible in the beginning and that starts with the right guitar for you that’s setup perfect for you! Sorry, I can’t help with the sore fingers, believe me we’ve all been there, but try not to over do it.

Listen to your body. If you’re not comfortable take a break. When you feel better get back at it. You’ll be able to play longer as your fingers callous up more, and more.

I would suggest starting with an electric guitar. Electric guitars are much more comfortable due to the smaller body size and you don’t need to press as hard to fret notes, and let’s face it, they sound so much better! 3/4 scale guitars are available for smaller players.
